Is the phantom considered “easy” compared to the vandal?

I got into an argument with my friend and he said that the phantom makes the game easy mode. He claims it doesn’t take as much skill as a vandal. It’s genuinely annoying because I like to use the phantom a lot. I completely disagree with him.

The ammount of throwers is unbelievable.

Literally the tittle can't get more than 3 games without one on my team and it's so fucking annoying, can't even leave the match cuz you get penalized.
