It's an option in the game to report them; but there's already a penalty for leaving. Is this something Riot actually takes action on or is it just an option there to make people feel better?

When should you report?
Should you report people who throw during an unrated match or should you leave them be since it’s unrated?
If a player is waiting at the spawn until everyone dies before moving, is that worthy of a report?

Had the worst match in my life in ranked. Don't care what anyone else makes of this, but it was bullying. Don't know how to handle it tho.

Do You Do a Physical Warm-Up Before Playing?
Do you do hand/wrist stretches and/or warm-up exercises before playing? I have a little 5-minute routine that I do, just curious how many others do a similar thing.
