I keep getting kicked from the servers while playing, and then get penalized when I reconnect

Blizzard for all of its problems has always been able to tell when a player manually quits Overwatch as opposed to getting booted against their will. How has Riot not been able to figure this out?

Grinded many hours solo-que to finally get Immortal, had no one else to tell
Got to Plat 3 on 60hz 60fps and some 10$ mouse since beta, placed silver, bought a new pc/165hz monitor in January and bought the gpro wireless about a week ago and finally got to Immortal, seriously a huge grind
