Is server down?

Was just in a middle of a competitive match. Having one of my best matches ever (26-8), we were winning 10-9 and all of a sudden it kicked me to map screen. Nothing happened, so I exited and restarted Riot client, but still stuck at map loading screen.

Does anyone ever get stuck in the loading screen before the agent select screen?

Title. Timer runs out and I end up getting a 2 hr cooldown for no good reason. Ppl think I'm dodging while it's not actually the case. Anybody else?
