Is Skye a good agent?

Recently my friends have been telling me Skye is one of the worst agents in the game. Personally I think that Skye is a top 5 agent because of controlled flash, scouting and heals (which is better than sage). What is your opinion, are my friends wrong?

(I main Skye now btw)
