Ever since the initiator rework a while back I've found that playing Skye and Kayo in solo queue to be much less effective. For example, Skye's flash has a minimum flash duration of 1 sec and a unequip time of 0.85 sec which gives you 0.15 seconds of advantage which seems way too small. Do Skye and Kayo players flash for themselves at high level?
