Had an Astra on my team my last game that after we were down 3-6, says “we have no chance” and started to sit in spawn and sabotage our whole team with her abilities (ex. Smoking off our sights, concussing teammates, pulling us off the bomb or straight into open paths with gravity well).

Our whole team would have just kicked her and did way better with an orb every round and the money instead of a teammate actively playing for the other team. I reported and while that’s well and good, odds are I wouldn’t queue with that player again regardless and that game was lost as soon as they started to throw.

Is votekicking plausible to add or is it too abusable? People throw so often in low ranks that it ruins the fun of the game and discourages people from trying to climb.
