I'm a Valorant player from the Caribbean (Trinidad) and i get a lot of lag because i have been put into Brazilian servers even though i am not from brazil, this causes me to lose a lot of engagements and matches , this combined with the fact that i cannot understand any of my teammates as they speak Spanish and I speak English is making the game unenjoyable for me.

i tried Valorant's support page but they only state that my current region is brazil

i have also tried sending a support ticket but nothing worked

So please if you know of anyway to switch to a different server (without creating a new account) that would be appreciated.
