Let's be real, we don't know if there will ever be possibilities to have skin trading in valorant like other game. So will you still invested on the limited skin bundle? What's the reason other than its make gameplay more fun?

Another situation is, let's say you already have the limited 21&22 champion bundle, and then riot just suddenly give one last chance and make a return on arcane bundle (as you know, arcane doesn't have finisher and best animation) will you still buy for the sake of investment? Or you will skip because it's doesn't have best feature like champion bundle?
