Is is worth playing valorant if I constantly get mad at the game?

I have fun sometimes but only when I am winning but that happens very few times so I am struggling to decide if it is even worth playing anymore.

Do I lose mmr if I lose because of the servers being down?

I am in a rank game where everyone keeps disconnecting and reconnecting but not fully kicking me out of the game. This is my rank down game too
