I feel like it’s straight overkill, Skye already is an amazing character, she can heal, has arguably the best flash in the game even without this, and a good intel gather ability, and on top of this, on top of having the most powerful flash in the game, being able to not only control whether it goes, control exactly when she wants it to flash, and it recharges, yet she ALSO gets to know for a 100% guaranteed fact if she flashed someone or if someone is there?

How is that not straight up overkill? No other person in the game comes even remotely close, what are your thoughts?
