I recently realized that it super helps to be positive and to encourage people to play better, safer, smarter.
Not once have I won a game by telling my bottom frag: I believe in you. if you get a kill, we win the round, we win the game.
And more often than not, he did get the kills and we did win the game.
Be super-positive. Bottom frags matter!
