so i just got to silver and I'm scared to start my first match in there do y'all silver players have some advice in case of instalocking and how should i train to get to gold

Timeouts concept
There should be a tactical timeout like it is in csgo and other games. sometimes you need to go to toilet and I think the timeout should be 1 min and every team should have 1 timeout per half.
