Not sure if that is just my luck of the draw but I play every day and I have noticed toxicity has gone down quite a bit. I haven't seen people get trashed as much when they do bad. I also haven't seen one game when a girl gamer speaks in chat that anyone treats them any different. I don't know if I have had a good month in team mates or if the new harsher penalty's and reports are doing their job. Either way its a good thing and I like it.
