So since the 1.8 patch, I've been encountering a lot of network problems. This is how it usually works:
You're playing normally, without any signs of issues (though, an icon at the top-right corner of the screen popups), but suddenly it teleports you back. In this video, I was able to see Reyna who was hiding behind the wall, but she couldn't see me as I wasn't there (at this time I was lagging and my player's model was somewhere else behind). After I lagged out I knew she was there, so I got an easy frag for myself.
