So I play Jett but it happens so often that I just peek an enemy get a headshot and instantly dash behind cover really fast, but still die even tho i was already out of the action. Is this because of Lag or something i dont understand

I’ll never understand how people play with the “dead bodies” setting off
The damn things look like fortnite epic scars are on the ground and take my attention everytime they pop up. Im honestly just curious if anyone feels the same and thinks they’re way more didtracting
