If you have a teammate with flash, should they flash upon jett dash (flash projectile is behind jett) in or before jett dashes in?

Dance fever phantom sound effects are super annoying
Has anyone tried out the dance fever phantom skin?
I found the shooting effect super annoying. It hurts my ears every time I shoot. It has a loud high pitch sound, like an alarm.

We were in agent selection, I went in picking Reyna and this guy said, please let me go reyna I'm good with her, I told him okay dude I Will go sage, so I picked Sage and we started playing, he quitted After 15 rounds with score 2K 0A 15D....
