Is it me only or rr rating awarded or lost are way to high It's the first time for me that I got +29 and -30 as well

I was excited to play the premier open beta but then when we tried to queue, it said that 'Your team is not enrolled.' Is there anything we can do to be able to play or can we not play at all?
