We were getting absolutely slapped 0-9 and I'm sure some of our team had moments of wondering 'what's the point?'.
I don't bring much to my squad, besides getting the spike down and IGL but sometimes helping the team's morale and mental is enough to get the win.

Chambers trip needs a buff
This may be unpopular, but chambers trip is probably the worst part of his kit right now. The 40m range makes it so that watching flank is very difficult, especially because you have to hide it so it doesn’t get shot from a distance.
