I know this is very late, but I just want to share my own experience with the Prime Vandal skin.

So finally, after weeks of waiting, I got the Prime Vandal yesterday. And I was surprised with how well I performed with the skin.

I was a hardstuck Silver-3-to-Gold-2 player and suddenly, boom! I'm a plat now.
