I just want to start this off by saying that I've been able to play Harbor early cuz of the pbe so I know what he actually plays like in game for the average player (I'm d1). Now with that being said I just want to make one thing clear. Ha...

Overwatch has a separate queue where Devs can experimentally balance heroes. I think experimental changes for agents or maps will be really fun to see and will keep the game fresh and exciting between patches.
