There's currently no counter to the line up meta, and its become way too easy to win rounds because of it; All it requires is watching a youtube video and your chances to win the round is more than doubled. Having Harbor's Cove counter that meta would make him way more viable than he is currently. Just one change, that's all you need to do to make Harbor relevant.
