Kayo should disable Jetts passive

Kayo disables all kind of abilities, even jetts ult, raze ult etc. why not jetts passive? its an an abilitie, and it would be quiet funny to hit her midair while superdashing ^^

What do these stars represent?

After a long time, I was playing deathmatch, and I noticed these changes. Sometimes these are golden and some of the stars are plain white. Also, the golden ones are not necessarily vs. the person I killed the most.Pardon me for my English....
