Wanted to test Reyna ability and found this, Jett knifes still regenerate after killing bots, how come Reyna orb gets disabled?

Picking a second Main.
So I've been playing for about 2-3 months.
I main controller, mostly Brim, but also Omen/Viper map dependant.
I love all the controllers, it's my favorite role.
However, sometimes 1-2 people will auto lock smokes, and I'll be left going.....
