Finally my painting is finished, now I'll just need to take down one of my girlfriend's paintings to get this up in the best spot in the apartment :)

Why is your first shot, stationary, only 95% accurate?
Does anyone know the design choice/reasons for this? I completely understand every bullet after or moving while shooting being innacurate/less accurate but no matter how I spin it in my head, it seems strange.
