Veteran fps players know why replay system is important and, I wont list what has been said in this subreddit before (there is a post about replay system every week so..).
Valorant has a large casual or new players(first fps, me included), They had no exposure to a replay system and because of that maybe don't realize/underestimate its importance. most of my friends (casuals) think it is not important and they would rather have new agents/maps. Their reasoning is that its for "Tryhards" or pro players, and they don't have time/need to review their gameplay.
Even though Val is my first "proper" tac fps, yet even I can list some reasons that casuals/occasional players will appreciate.
for example able to see enemy POV when I hit a nasty shot. don't lie we all hit them nasty shots sometime and the enemy type WTF in all chat, imagine being able to see what they saw(just for shits and giggles). I would love to see enemy POV of my fights not necessarily to improve per se but just to watch how I moved and reacted and what not. like for entertainment. and I think everyone would love to do that.
PS:- This is not an Exhaustive list of uses for Replay System, but a reason for normies/casuals/frequent players to be excited about.
