So i know the rank being added and the distribution is different and it’s supposed to be but if i was immortal 3 200-250 rr for the majority of last act then why am i hard stuck A3 right now? lmao what is going on??

Tried my best at making Brimstone in GTA V
So i made brimstone.. somewhat since there is no red beret for some reason i gave him a red garrison cap and somehow even got him a bracer but the beret is making me mad WHY IS THERE NO RED ONE?!
