It's just an idea and CS:GO already does this but I feel like extra cash and an ult point for a leaver just doesn't compensate for the loss.

Some people were saying the Prism skin collection is rare or something but I have have the whole thing and never thought anything of it. Also, the wiki says the prism ares was never released in the full game but I got it when I bought the full bundle ages ago.
