Here's what I don't get about this:

If Cypher can pick up his Cyber Cages and reposition them before the round, why not do the same for Killjoy's swarm grenades?

This change would enable players to put their swarms where they want to and correct the errors they made in setting up.

Thoughts?

Edit: I think someone posted this already, but I just wanted to bring this up again in order to make the gameplay experience better.
