Hey guys, I recently submitted a ticket in which I requested a refund of a skin that I recently brought in Valorant and an Agent answered me, roleplaying as KJ, and I really liked it... He/She was really nice and kind, I just felt appreciated!

Unplayable Lag Spike recently
Has anyone been experiencing lag spikes recently? Ever since Chamber came out valorant has been unplayable for me. Ping sits at 30 but every 2 seconds I get lag spikes. I can't even strafe without getting teleported into enemy crosshair....

Solo queue only option
There should absolutely be an option to only queue with teammates and opponents who are also solo queueing. Whether its unrated or comp, you should have an option to not play against a five stack with a four stack that you're not part of....
