Level reset to 1 and all skins gone?

Hello I logged in today and all my skins were gone and my level was reset to 1. I do not know why this happened if anyone has an idea please let me know

Anyone have a fix for this error?

Every time I go to start the game, I am met with the error: "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005)." I've tried all the solutions I've seen but no luck. Anyone know what to do?
