In the Valorant community talks about lineups continue to appear both in positive and negative light. One of the most contentious points about lineups is whether they require skill to be effective.
I would really appreciate some discourse on why people feel the way they do about lineups, how they are used, their impact, and even how ranks may change those factors but before I look into all of those questions a poll on skill overall is needed.

What is everyone's take on DM right now?
Personally I find it irritating. I find the player base to play simply for KD a lot of the times and not to run and take duels as much as possible (i.e. holding spawn angles or waiting for footsteps...

Would going Sheriff only help improve my aim?
I have woeful aim and keep just spraying and going for RNG kills.
Would playing some unrated with a sheriff only help?
I don't play often enough to want to grind and do aimlabs for ages as I don't have the time for that, I'd rather just hop...
