I've seen a clip of a guy on icebox that had the Neptune vandal skin. He was screaming that the fish shouldn't be trapped in the gun and it should swim free in the ocean. He than threw the skin away and ran into site with a classic, screaming "I sacrifice my life for the ocean life" in a funny accent.

My friend recently bought Neptune vandal and he hasn't seen this clip. After extensive research, I can't manage to find it anywhere. Any help would be much appreciated.
