Well, with the new patch 4.10, we got a lore update on Reyna and possibly her sister.

It seems that Reyna and her sister are kept alive from the souls she consumed, in particular, the life energy.

This opens up two possibilities:

A future where viper actually succeeds in transferring that energy to her sister. In that case, that will be the future desired by the VP.

Or…..

The future where KAY/O comes from. If we go back to his cinematic, from this lore bit we can assume that VP weren’t able to save her sister and she went on her rampage to kill everyone. (She is the strongest agent from Lore POV by the way.)

I really like this, exploring into lore since it has so much untapped potential. Also, love the way viper expressed her despair about Reyna can do if they can’t save her sister. That was chilling.

What do you guys think? How will the narrative of Reyna and her sister go? I am really excited and hope it isn’t just foreshadowing some buffs in Reyna’s kit.
