Lost Everything after changing Riot ID and Tagline

I just changed my old name and ID after not playing anything on Riot for about a year. As soon as I load into Valorant all my progression is gone and I have no friends on my friends list.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is there any way to fix this?

can sentinels of light appear in the night shop

They are exclusive skins and with the night market being so close I was wondering if they appear even if it's a very little chance since I have been really wanting the op skin
