1660ti, r5 2600x, 16gb 3200mhz everything on lowest possible but i get like 170-200 ingame? its so frustrating because i have a 280hz monitor.

I do good in unrated but bad in competitive.
Like Idk why but like when I play comp I just can't hit my shots and my confidence just goes out the window. Is there like anyway to like help with this? It might be like the stress about like the rank and stuff but like idk.
