I'm really curious as to the impact a framerate of 60 or below can have on a players performance. Sure it's pretty bad to have a framerate that low, but how much does it matter?

Why do professionals go 2 smokers??
lately i've seen to many pro teams going 2 smokers.
for example, in pearl, some teams go viper and harbor
Can somebody explain me this pls?
