I'm really curious as to the impact a framerate of 60 or below can have on a players performance. Sure it's pretty bad to have a framerate that low, but how much does it matter?

why are gold 3 and upwards horrible soloqueue
7/10 games in gold/gold2 are mostly filled with nice players who dont rage and just play, everytime i rank up to gold 3 its filled with ragers, players who go afk and mostly just toxic. I rather just play gold/gold2 games then rank up.
