1. Make sure every one on your team reports him for cheating
2. and DO NOT forfeit.

I have had two instances where there was an obvious cheater, and both times resulted in the game ending due to a cheater being detected just after half time.

If they are telling you to forfeit, hold out and the cheating detection will sort it out.
Don't forfeit and you won't lose and RR.
