Maintenance + incorrect end date on Act 1 battlepass

I'm sure i'm not the only one that was about to end the battlepass on Act 1 last night and saw '1 day remaining' only to wake up, see a maintenance that got extended and then the act changing without a fair warning.
I checked on the valorant page and the maintenance was schedule to end around 5 hours before the act change. I was very close to tier 50 with my last weekly missions about to be finished and now I am just confused.

Other acts displayed how many hours we had left to complete the pass. This was not the case, saying '1 day remaining'. Is there anything we can do? Did I lose my chance completely?

I don't get why you can get placed in a lobby with people that have a rank so far from yours you wouldn't be able to queue with each other.

I'm a plat 1....I can NOT queue with my friends that are diamond 3 (Because the rank disparity is too large). Yet, I play in a game, and get put up against TWO diamond 2's, and have a diamond 3 on my team? What gives? (Not a 5 stack)
