I'm seeing a sudden surge of griefers in low elo competitive, where they wouldn't get a single kill on purpose, take the spike with them on attacking side and give away positions to enemies on ALL chat. This is right from the first round....

I don't currently have any friends that want to play valorant so I solo queue competitive. Solo queueing gets very stressful to the point that I can only muster to play a maximum of 4 comp games a day. Any tips to cope with ranked anxiety?
