Was recently digging through some files when I came across a texture in one file and a model in another. I put them together, seeing as they have the same codename (Shatter) and this was the result: https://imgur.com/a/P88wyYQ
Does anyone have any other info on this character? Or is this the new agent coming next?

They definitely give you the worst gun skins in the item shop on purpose.
Been playing this game for a few months. I swear every single night the guns in the item shop are the least used guns and occasionally i'll get a good gun with a shitty skin.
They must be doing this on purpose so that when a good skin come...

Shotgun crosshair
9 months ago Riot said we would be able to change shotgun crosshair. We still can’t. I just want to bump this issue
