May I get recommendations for agents?

Played a week, and although I preferred some, as I didn't use all the agents I wonder I if there are a few I can also consider.

Before val, I was more used to classical fps(without distinct skills) like battlefield, and smoking/flanking was my favorite move.

Anyone not hearing the spike defuse lately?

Played a few ranked games with some friends yesterday, and it seems like at some points in the game, I just don't hear the tap. Also saw a clip a few days ago that had something similar to what I was experiencing.
