It's kinda broken IMO that her flash can't be 1-shot. Hitting something moving that fast, twice, is pretty much impossible.

A win for Omen coming in 4.03 [improvements to the teleport mechanics, active in PBE right now]
Putting this under discussion since its patch notes rather than official news.
In my post a few months ago I highlighted how Omen's current teleport mechanics do not function as intended and frequently teleport you to a different location...
