whenever i get in a match and when the map loads in it takes like 3 minutes nd when its finally loaded in it kicks me out and penalizes me, any help to make it load faster or is it just a weak pc thing?

Someone please explain why, as a bronze 3, I'm matching lobbies full of gold 1s and 2s, yet when I lose like a baby seal getting clubbed, I lose upwards of 25rr but when I somehow sneak a win I get 10 even if I'm mvp. How TF is a ranked mod...
