Micro stutters?

Is anyone having an issue with micro stuttering after these latest patches? It’s not my internet, or me running anything in the background. The game will just freeze every 5 seconds. Graphics card drivers are up to date as well.

Chamber’s slow sound starts to sound like the zip line near the end

Does anyone else think that chamber’s slow starts to sound like someone just jumped onto the zip line. It’s really confusing on maps like split and icebox. Video for reference: https://imgur.com/a/am9BgcK

I'm thinking of recording my game since i've heard people recommend to record your game to understand what you did wrong and how you can improve, did this work for you guys? Did you notice your mistakes? If so did you improve?
