I’ve seen tiktoks where this streamer gurll will ask you how everyone’s day is, then won’t stop talking. And when someone finally gets annoyed, he gets pasted as toxic. People literary say their whole life story in spike rush sometimes, and like, why?

Personally, I’m never as angry as those from tiktok, but sometimes, I do want someone to shut up. And the whole team goes against me, saying “hey man, blah blah blah”

I still will use coms, just stop talking. Muting isn’t even a good option sometimes, as I do still need to hear things. I can’t just ignore them either, I can still hear them.

I don’t want to defend my thought process too much, because it is an unpopular opinion, I get its a team game, but I personally prefer to communicate about the game, rather then about other things.

It also depends on context, if it’s unrated, I might make minimal small talk if the whole team is getting along, but please stop rambling in comp, being nice is good enough for me.
