I've been playing since around the end of last season and commonly get around iron 2-3, is that good, or am I incredibly bad still?

Do we think Valorant will ever get to a stage where there's agent picks/bans in competitive? Obviously this would be in the distant future as we need enough variety of agents but just curious/bringing up the discussion.

Do you focus your eyes on your crosshair? Corners where enemies could be? Certain angles? Just scanning your environment at head level? I feel like I need a ‘centric’ point of focus to stop me from feeling dizzy and disoriented and also to...
