Anyone get “the shakes” whenever they play this game?

How much HP should an enemy be to be called "Low HP"
I am extremely triggered by a friend's "low HP" calls, as he tends to call it low every time the enemy reduces his hp by a little.
Examples of these would be :
Pistol round dealing 44 damage
Gun rounds dealing 80 damage (2 vandal shot...
