As the title says, my brain is getting overwhelmed in games where I'm trying to keep track of utilities, watching minimap etc. I often find myself doing significantly better in clutch situations just because there's less things to keep track of.
I'm wondering how people get better at juggling all of these different cognitive tasks, for example: if I'm thinking about my smoke timings, next thing I notice is that my crosshair placement goes to shit. If I focus on crosshair placement, i get caught off guard by flanks/lurks.
Do people at higher elo just somehow have great crosshair placement that's drilled into muscle memory which frees up mental space or something?

Valorant is my first FPS and I've only been playing for a week. Yesterday I got a K/D over one and I'm stoked!
