signature ability - 2 charges - 150 creds - 35s cooldown
faerie circle -
weaver deploys a faerie circle on the ground that grants anyone who walks through it a speed boost and handling speed increase for 10 seconds. it stays until the round ends or until it is shot, it has 25 hp
ability 2 - 150 point resource metre - 150 creds
whimsical mend -
weaver has a pool of 150 weave. he can press the ability to heal the damaged armour of an ally at 1 weave point per point of armour. this only works for armour the agent purchased and can't be self cast. using this ability on an ally with full armour allows you to overheal them to a max of 25 shields that stay for 10 seconds.
ability 3 - 1 charge - 200 creds
mote of vitality -
weaver hurls a spark of fae energy that functions the same as yorus blindside in the sense it needs to bounce off a wall to activate. after it bounces, it releases a burst of mist that gives the agents in the explosion a damage boost for 10 seconds. this only effects their weapon and not abilities. if it doesn't bounce, the ability is wasted.
ultimate - 7 orbs (sorry about the bad quality)
magical gateway -
underneath weavers feet, the first half of a portal appears closed. while weaver is within 30 metres of the first portal, he can hit the ult key again to open the second half of the portal. ally or enemies can go through either end to appear the other side with a 5 second cooldown before you can go back through. the portal stays until the round ends or it is shot out, it has 100 hp.
design
weavers design is based off the irish fae from the myths in his homeland. his kit is based on the stories or faries and forestfolk helping the downtrodden and fighting for causes both good and bad.
role
weaver is a sentinel in an unconventional sense. instead of deploying utility in your territory to defend it, weaver emboldens the allies in the area to help the team better defend a point.
design philosophy
weaver is designed to help new players get better while also being fun for veterans. players who can't aim that well yet or are getting use to the mechanics can still support the team through buffs and well timed abilities to try and shift a team fight, although a skilled enemy can still easily outgun a buffed target. weavers ult even helps improve player confidence as to get the full potential you need to go in alone to create the portal for your team, this teaches new players when to walk and run and to use cover to try and get to different locations.
then for veteran players, this is a new support agent to go along with the small amount we have, basically a new option for sage and skye players.
thank you for reading my concept, let me know if you think it'd fit into valorant. all the prices, charges and durations are arbitrary numbers that can be changed!

They made deathmatch spawns worse. So much worse. People were spawning directly in front or behind others consistently.
